Join us at Heritage Park for the annual Rouge Rescue Volunteer stewardship event hosted by the Farmington Hills Nature Center and the Friends of the Rouge. Work with other volunteers on a variety of projects aimed at protecting our part of the Rouge River and its watershed. All Welcome!
Activities include removing invasive plant species, planting native plants, trash & debris removal and trail maintenance.
Please dress for the weather and for working outdoors. Equipment will be provided. Free lunch will be provided for all!
Be sure to sign in at the check-in tent near the Nature Center upon your arrival.
