Description

Be part of the celebration as a new mini-forest takes root at Addams Elementary, thanks to the hard work of the students, teachers, and community volunteers! As the trees and shrubs grow, they will provide shade and beauty, as well as decrease noise and air pollution from the freeway. These hardy natives will also soak up rainwater runoff, reducing the amount of flooding, erosion, and pollution going into the Rouge River.
