Request a Friends of the Rouge Rep for Your Event or Meeting

We love to see our watershed residents out in the community and will do our very best to meet your request(s). You may request representation from Friends of the Rouge for your “tabling” event or a presentation from a member of our staff or another speaker knowledgeable about watershed topics. Subject to staff and volunteer availability.

Requests will only be considered if made at least six weeks from the date of the event. All details must be finalized and booked with us no later than four weeks from the event.

Tabling Event Request

Looking for representation from Friends of the Rouge for your tabling event? We will try to recruit a trained volunteer to attend on our behalf. These requests, if fulfilled, are at no cost to you (although donations are always accepted).

Please fill out the form linked below with your request and someone will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Speakers Bureau

We are working on putting together a comprehensive list of experts in the area willing to give presentations on our behalf. If you are interested in being included on this list, please email the Education Manager (see staff page).

Lead an educational activity for our group

At this time, we do not have the capacity lead a special activity for your group. We have many public volunteer and educational events throughout the year and highly encourage your group to get involved with one of our existing programs! Please sign-up for our email list or check our calendar page for details.

There are many incredible organizations in the watershed that may be able to lead your group in an activity. Please see below and check back for an updated list.
